This program is particularly suitable for anyone who wants to escape the stress and hectic pace of everyday life. In seven deeply relaxing days, you will experience the unique symbiosis of the Indian Ayurveda lifestyle and the picturesque nature of the Gurktal valley.

Toxins and waste products are not only transported out of the body via the intestines and kidneys – the skin is also an important metabolic organ of our body. We use this effect in our detox treatments. An Upana salt scrub prepares you for soothing Abhyanga oil massages and Kizhi herbal stamp massages, which are known for their cleansing and detoxifying effect. This program appeals to all the senses: You’ll enjoy two wonderfully soothing Shirodhara forehead pours and relax with a Netrabasti eye bath for clear vision. The Nasya nasal treatment closes the circle of the facial senses – a treat for the nasal mucous membranes.
