By the way: A quarter of hotel managers started out at reception or in the kitchen, or as an apprentice, and within a few years have taken on management positions.

Talent program

As part of our “future and brand process”, we have developed the talent program – “Talents for tomorrow”! – and yes, we can proudly say that this program is different from other talent programs on the market!

High potentials or hidden champions are just buzzwords for us, our talent program is open to all our employees in all positions, i.e. from cleaners to department heads. Development within a position is just as possible as for another area of work, completing an apprenticeship or developing into a manager also make this program an interesting employee benefit in our JUFAverse.

How does the talent program work?
At the beginning, a specially developed matrix is used to define the goals and potentials together with the talent and the manager. This forms the basis for the individually created development plan for each individual talent. The development plan lasts up to 6 months. The talents are supported by mentors who are specially trained for this talent program. The HR department accompanies all participants.
