Flexible working hours

What is important to you? Do you want to earn as much money as possible in a season? Then you can work 6 days a week. Your overtime will be paid.

If you work the usual 40-hour week, we can offer you a 4- or 5-day week. Want to go home in between? No problem! You can have 3 to 4 consecutive days off.

If you value your free time or if you take care of your children, then any type of part-time work is possible. Do you have private appointments? We consider them whenever possible in our duty roster.

Of course, our guests, especially in holiday hotels, are also there on weekends. Our employees are guaranteed one free weekend per month.

Accurate electronic time recording is natural to us. We are open to semi-retirement models and (part-time) educational leave. For long-term employees in leadership positions, we offer the possibility of sabbaticals.
